We are looking for a Student that has a keen interest in recruitment to join one of the largest renewable energy companies in the world.
As a Talent Acquisition Undergraduate in our global recruiting team you will support the UK Onshore Renewables Talent Acquisition Specialist in their daily work and also make a valuable contribution to the team\'s success.
Responisbilities:
- Supporting the recruiters along the entire recruitment value chain (from advertising to hiring)
- Administrative support in correspondence (especially coordination of appointments)
- Creation of meaningful and attractive job advertisements as well as their publication on target group-oriented Internet portals and channels and the associated support of the relevant HR systems
- Review and pre-selection of application documents as well as conducting initial telephone interviews for selected positions
- Talent sourcing (direct search) on LinkedIn.
- Undergraduate student of Human Resources, Business Administration, Business or studying towards a CIPD qualification
- No HR recruiting experience needed
- High level of initiative, reliability and strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Very good communication skills and a confident manner
- Good MS Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new IT tools
