About the Role



We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale thoughtfully and effectively.

You'll join our People & Talent team and play a key role in growing our hiring capability across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Data, and more.

Reporting to the Head of People with a dotted line into our Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll run end-to-end hiring across a wide range of roles. From sourcing standout candidates to partnering with hiring managers, you'll bring structure, pace, and care to every step of the process - always keeping candidate experience front and centre.

As we evolve our ways of working and integrate new specialisms and expertise, you'll be part of the team ensuring we're set up for growth - with the right people, in the right roles, at the right time. The salary range for this role is 38k-45k per annum

Responsibilities



Partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Data, and Membership Services teams to understand hiring needs and deliver great hiring outcomes Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination: from writing job ads, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, through to offer stage Own talent sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools, building diverse, high-quality pipelines Conduct initial phone screens and gather structured interview feedback Maintain and improve our ATS (Lever) - ensuring automation, tracking, and reporting are on point Support onboarding handover for a smooth new hire experience Track hiring metrics and contribute to regular reporting for the Leadership Team Provide a warm, consistent, and inclusive candidate experience at every stage of the process Continuously improve how we hire, suggesting tools and approaches that help us grow smarter and faster

Requirements



3+ years experience in a talent acquisition role, ideally in a scale-up or high-growth business Proven track record sourcing and hiring across functions such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and/or Data Strong sourcing capabilities - Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative outreach strategies Excellent organisation and time management skills - able to juggle multiple processes at once Confident communicator, comfortable working with candidates and senior stakeholders alike Experience scheduling interviews, managing diaries, and navigating time zones Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably Lever) Familiarity with HRIS systems A self-starter mindset - you take ownership and get things done Enthusiastic team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-moving environment Passionate about creating inclusive, thoughtful, and efficient hiring experiences
