This role will partner with Leaders across GBST in the UK and Australia to make a tangible impact on our global talent strategy.
Key responsibilities will include:
Partnering with Leaders in UK and AU to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial job brief through to onboarding. Using direct methods where possible to attract and source top talent across a variety of functions and roles. Conducting initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages and act as a single point of contact for candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience. Developing talent pools of diverse, high calibre candidates, building relationships and brand awareness for future roles to ensure quality pipelines. Maintaining and continually updating recruitment system tools and processes to deliver a seamless and simple platform for candidates and hiring managers
