The Opportunity
Stantec UK&I continue to grow at a fast pace and our Talent Acquisition group is pivotal to this goal. Our TA team pride itself on its ability to directly source our talent and have established a sourcing team to help deliver this object. As we step into our next stage of exciting growth, we are seeking a seasoned recruitment manager to develop and mature our Sourcing function to ensure a constant flow of qualified candidates.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition you will work closely alongside your fellow TA Managers to understand the forward workload and headcount plan. You will lead your team to develop candidate pipelines and execute effective direct hiring strategies. The role will also see you devising candidate engagement strategies to approaching cold candidates to build a talent community. Your data orientated approach will enable you to articulate your team successes and return on investment. Finally, you will lead and execute senior leadership hiring through your traditional search and select methodologies.
Your additional duties will include, but not exclusive as your role will evolve as the function continues to mature.
Directly network with candidates within the industry.
Lead the development of plans to further develop our direct sourcing and attraction capabilities.
Architect the national UK&I candidate pipelines, operating a traffic light system to ascertain qualified candidates.
Ensure the candidate CRM (Ezekia) is used efficiently and to it maximum effectiveness.
Develop regular reporting to the TA team and leaders to outlines sourcing success.
Train the team on wider hard to fill recruiting strategies, implementing best practise (re Linkedin approaches etc)
Extract maximum return on investment via our direct sourcing tools (re Linkedin, CRM, job boards etc etc)
Communicate market intelligence to team and wider stakeholders.

About You
You are a proven senior recruiter, preferably in a lead Sourcing capacity, either internal or RPO. You will have people leadership experience, with the ability to manage your team against specific targets and outputs, instilling a delivery mentality to your team.
You can demonstrate examples of successfully executing and maintaining large national candidate pipelines and evolving them into talent communities. You are able to demonstrate proven success developing and executing creative attraction strategies for hard to fill opportunities. Fundamentally, you are an idea\'s person who will underpin your teams success via data.
You are confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence with gravitas, confidence, and energy.
Finally, you are data orientated. You have a fine eye for detail with the ability extract and interpret large quantities of data to assess success and future opportunities.
