Talent Acquisition Partner supervises the hiring of talents in the entrusted region, summarizes and tracks open positions, sources internal candidates and supports the Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA. Work with HRBP\xe2\x80\x99s on the hiring support and providing guidance to the common hiring approach
Role & Responsibility
Talent Identification:
Cooperate on the Talent Management process
Engage the Local HR team to cooperate during the process.
Main responsibilities
Manage recruitment agencies and all outsourced recruitment processes
Responsible for Candidates hiring end to end process
Screen applications, phone filtering and conduct interviews
Write reports and provide analytics of the entrusted hiring activities
Professional references search of candidates
Presentation of shortlisted candidates to HR BP/Hiring manger
Support the HRBP to design and coordinate on-boarding process
Provides TA Community with local market trends and analytics
Job Requirement
Education & Qualification: Human Resources - Masters Degree / Equivalent / Human Resources - University
Experience: 3>5 years
Travel Standard: 10 %
HR management, industry international company preferred
3 + years of experience within the similar role
Proven past experience in Hiring of individuals and team
Fluent in English
Ability to use MS Office
