As a Talent Acquisition Partner at LiveWest, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring recruitment excellence. You will attract and recruit high-calibre colleagues across various disciplines (permanent, fixed-term, and temporary), ensuring cost-effective and timely hiring. You will provide expert advice and in partnership, an efficient service to hiring managers and candidates, while also developing and marketing our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Management:
Proactively manage the recruitment process for vacancies across the organisation, ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Expert Guidance:
Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to hiring managers through recruitment campaigns and partnering, as well as to People colleagues across the organisation.
Innovative Recruiting Strategies:
Develop role-specific recruiting strategies, employing both traditional sourcing methods and new, innovative approaches.
Market Knowledge:
Build key market knowledge and ensure access to preferred recruitment channels, such as industry-specific job boards and LinkedIn.
Engagement with Delivery Partners:
Engage with key delivery partners, including external agencies and search firms, to ensure value for money and successful outcomes.
Proactive Talent Sourcing:
Attract and recruit top talent, including proactively sourcing candidates for specialised, hard-to-fill roles and those in candidate-short markets.
Networking:
Identify events, conferences, and communities where industry specialists and top talent gather to attract candidates and promote the brand.
Diverse and Inclusive Culture:
Contribute to the development of a diverse and inclusive culture at LiveWest, ensuring the attraction of talent from under-represented groups.

Working Pattern:
These roles are full-time and offer hybrid working, with 2-3 days per week in the office depending on business needs. You can be based in any of our three offices - Exeter, Weston-super-Mare, or Tolvaddon.
Reporting Structure:
You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Reward, with a dotted line to the Talent Acquisition Manager for day-to-day operations.

To be successful in your application for the role of Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 3 role at LiveWest (please see candidate information pack) and the following role-specific skills and experience:
Significant In-House Recruiting Experience:
A proven track record of managing recruitment campaigns across various organisational functions, including senior-level and specialist roles.
Recruitment Campaign Management:
Experience designing and owning successful recruitment campaigns, including full cycle recruiting and using a range of evaluation methods.
Social Media Proficiency:
Expertise in using social media, including LinkedIn, to enhance recruitment outcomes and proactively source candidates.
Stakeholder Management:
Excellent relationship management and networking skills, both internally and externally.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication, influencing, and persuasion skills.
Creative Solutions:
A solution-focused and innovative approach to recruitment challenges.
Applicant Tracking Systems:
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems - ideally Eploy.
Qualifications:
CIPD membership and evidence of continuing professional development. Ideally, CIPD Level 5 in Resourcing and Talent Management (or equivalent), or substantial progress towards completion.
