Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a commercial and people-centric Talent Acquisition professional, to partner with stakeholders across all functions within the business, to help shape hiring strategies and attract top-tier talent.

The successful candidate will work as part of our fantastic UK HR function and EU Talent Acquisition team.

Key Accountabilities


------------------------


Own business hiring portfolios in UK and support the HRBP teams to hire the best talent available Provide an end-to-end recruiting service to the business, including internal mobility; Creating role profiles, job posting, interview scheduling, candidate and stakeholder management, conduct HR interviews, onboarding etc. Approach candidates directly in the market, using Linkedin Proactively create campaigns to find common skillsets to attract talent across a variety of roles for current vacancies and build pipelines for the future Produce daily hiring update/reports for business conversations and any relevant hiring conversations Manage external partners (headhunters/agencies) when required, and any related spend

Knowledge and Experience

Ideal candidate will have proven and relevant experience in a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition role within Financial Services/Wealth Management.

Could currently be working within a HR function where Recruiting plays a large part of a current role or within agency.

Is confident in balancing and juggling an ever-changing list of priorities, plans a demanding workload and is ruthless with time.

Thrives in change, and creating new ways of working to optimise the hiring process through automation.

Familiar with usual recruiting tools and systems: SuccessFactors, Linkedin, Indeed, LGBTQ Careers etc

Ability to pitch Quintet/Brown Shipley to candidates, engage with Reward function and close them with and for the business

Desire to collaborate across functions and all geographies

Strong and effective written/verbal communication skills

Technical Skills

Microsoft Office suite; Linkedin - ability to create talent pools, specific campaigns.

Languages Skills

English language and any other European languages (French, German, Belgium, Dutch) considered an advantage
