What will you be doing?
Providing administrative support for the entire recruitment process
Managing job postings across multiple recruitment platforms
Sourcing and screening potential candidates through a variety of recruitment channels
Scheduling and coordinating interviews
Maintaining candidate database and tracking systems
Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Driving our candidate experience
What are we looking for?
A pro active self starter who is confident in working both independently and as part of a team
Excellent administration, coordination and communication skills
The ability to work in a fast paced environment where priorities may change and multi tasking is key
Experience in recruitment and working with applicant tracking systems
Excellent IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
