The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to effectively deliver the candidate management process. This process will include screening candidate applications against a specific vacancy criteria, qualifying candidates suitability for a role, scheduling interviews, managing the candidate throughout their application and interview process
The TAC will also provide support to the wider Talent Acquisition team ensuring an efficient and effectively delivery of the candidate management process.

Manage the recruitment system and ensure all vacancies are up to date
Support the team in ad-hoc project work
Provides support to the wider TA team ensuring all processes run effectively
Prepares documents, presentations, reporting and MI for the TA team
Provides feedback and recommendations to support continuous improvement
Deliver an exceptional candidate, supplier and hiring manager experience
Assist in creation and publishing of job adverts and job descriptions
