We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Table Service staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour is essential. Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly valued.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care. Support bartending staff as needed, including mixing drinks and serving cocktails. Participate in catering events as required, assisting with setup and service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Bartending skills are a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
