What\xe2\x80\x99s the Role: Systems Officer

Where You Would Work: Central Office \xe2\x80\x93 Belfast with Working from Home Opportunities

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing information and data appropriately and ensuring reporting mechanisms are complied with. This will involve collating information and preparing reports, data input, maintaining an internal database, responding to queries, providing timely and accurate information and general office tasks. The role includes liaison with personnel at various levels internally and externally.

Salary Details:

Systems Officer

Full Time

\xc2\xa322,802 - \xc2\xa329,932 per annum

*Salary based on 37.5 hours per week. Salary dependent on qualifications and experience

Essential criteria:

• Level 3/ HND Level Qualification relative to Business, Finance or Administration AND 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in a similar role

OR

• Good standard of education to include GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above AND 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience in a similar role

Working experience of:

• Data entry onto data management systems
• Collating reports and quality checking for errors
• Development of reports to accurately record numerical or qualitative data on excel or other equivalent formats
• Working in a detail oriented role that required accuracy and adhering to timescales
• Writing documents to a suitable standard
• Folder management
• Microsoft Office Suite
