Would you like to join an international defence company to support their clients by improving the capability, reliability and availability of their most critical assets? Due to continued investment, this global business is currently looking for a Systems Engineer - Requirements to join their existing team in Bristol, hybrid working on an initial 6 month contract.

The Role

As a Systems Engineer - Requirements, you responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• You will be responsible for the DOORS environment comprising the administration and reporting of all programme requirements.
• This will include the creation, management and administration of:
• Access Control, Roles and Permissions
• Establishing the Baseline artifacts/requirements set
• All modules, folders artifacts and attributes including Types, Properties, Formatting, Review and Storage
• Link setting, validity; constraints and the resolution of invalid links
• Requirement reviews and the generation of reports and associated documents
• You will also support the Assurance Lead and Engineering Manager in the capture and execution and record of VV&T activities. This will include managing the correct verification methods for each requirement and resolving the interactions, conflicts, and trade-offs between requirements, including management of change.

To succeed within the role of a Systems Engineer - Requirements, you\'ll have experience in a similar position and have the following skills:

• Experience of using and administration of Requirement Management software, including DOORS and DOORS NG.
• Demonstrable requirements management experience within defence or telecommunications.
• Knowledge and experience of working to the V-Model
