GMSV has been created to meet the demand for specialist requests from customers around the world. Requests for unique and niche designs, have accelerated during 2024 as T.50 customer deliveries have begun and the car's profile as the ultimate supercar for the road has increased following media reviews and international promotional appearances. The new division, with an independent structure, and engineering team, has been formed to meet these special requests now and in the future.



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Integration Engineer specialized in automotive systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in project engineering, system integration, and testing, with a focus on ensuring seamless integration of complex automotive systems. This role requires a deep understanding of requirements collection and definition, as well as proficiency with tools such as Catia, Vector tools, CANalyzer, and Peak CAN tools. The Integration Engineer will also possess strong project management skills and have the ability to effectively manage supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities



System Integration & Testing:

Lead the integration of complex automotive systems, ensuring smooth interaction between hardware and software components. Plan and execute system-level testing, validation, and troubleshooting of integrated automotive systems. Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports to verify system performance and compliance with requirements.

Requirements Collection & Definition:

Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and define detailed system requirements for automotive projects. Ensure all requirements are clearly documented, aligned with customer needs, and fully traceable throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Tools Proficiency:

Utilize Catia for design and system modelling tasks. Apply Vector tools and CANalyzer for CAN network diagnostics, testing, and analysis. Use Peak CAN tools for interfacing with and analysing in-vehicle network communications. Provide technical guidance and support for the application of these tools within the integration and testing phases.

Project Engineering:

Oversee the technical aspects of automotive integration projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Coordinate with design, development, and testing teams to meet project milestones. Assist with project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and scheduling.

Supplier Management:

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that deliverables meet system integration requirements and quality standards. Manage supplier performance, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Project Management:

Lead and support cross-functional teams to deliver automotive integration projects on time and within budget. Track and report on project progress, identifying risks and mitigation strategies. Coordinate between internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise





Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive systems integration or a related field. Strong technical expertise in system integration, testing, and project engineering in the automotive sector. Experience in using

Catia

for system modelling and design. Proficiency with

Vector tools

,

CANalyzer

, and

Peak CAN tools

for in-vehicle network testing and diagnostics. Strong understanding of CAN protocol and automotive communication systems. Demonstrated project management experience, with a proven ability to manage schedules, resources, and supplier relationships. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and find solutions in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of automotive industry standards, including ISO 26262, is a plus. Fluency in [language(s)], with proficiency in English as a must.

Desired Skills:

Experience with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers. Familiarity with automotive safety standards and regulations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
