THE ROLE:
- Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for synthesising novel drug-like molecules destined for biological testing.
- Your skills in organic chemistry will help drive our high-quality research programmes from our state-of-the-art chemistry laboratories in Chapel-en-le-Frith.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- A relevant chemistry degree and/or a PhD in organic or medicinal chemistry. Applications from candidates with relevant industrial experience and other qualifications are also welcome as they offer a wide range of employment opportunities.
- Proven experience as a Synthetic Chemist who enjoys practical laboratory-based work and will be familiar with common techniques of organic synthesis.
-With excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will be comfortable reporting and presenting your research to colleagues and clients alike.
- Scientific integrity will be of the utmost importance to you, along with attention to customer requirements and a commitment to client confidentiality.
- Able to work flexibly as part of a team, you will display a \'can-do\' attitude and an enthusiasm to learn.
