We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in swimming techniques and sports coaching, with the ability to educate individuals of all ages in a safe and enjoyable environment. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a crucial role in developing swimmers' skills, confidence, and love for the water.

Responsibilities

Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups of various skill levels, ensuring a positive learning experience. Educate students on swimming techniques, water safety, and the importance of fitness. Develop tailored lesson plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each student. Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Maintain a safe and clean environment in the pool area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress and any concerns. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on best practices in swim instruction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in swim instruction or sports coaching is preferred. Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students effectively. Ability to work well with children, teenagers, and adults in a supportive manner. Certification in CPR and First Aid is an advantage. Must be patient, enthusiastic, and able to motivate students to achieve their goals.

Pay: 20.00-30.00 per hour
