Swimming Admin Assistants

Positions available at The Venue Leisure Centre( Borehamwood) & Bushey Grove Leisure Centre (Bushey)

Salary up to 12.46 per hour

Part Time (16 to 24 hours per week for each post)

We are looking for two, outstanding, part time members of staff to join our friendly and successful team in our busy swim school.


If you have good administration skills and outstanding communication talents, then we would like to hear from you.


This key role will include you dealing with enquiries and questions from new and existing customers, you will be integral to helping new joiners enter the scheme and the retention of existing swimmers. You will communicate with a wide range of people, mostly by telephone, email and in person. The role is fast paced, but in a great and rewarding atmosphere. You will need to have the IT skills to use the swimming lesson booking and administration software. Knowledge or qualifications in swimming lessons is an advantage, but good customer care is the most important feature of this role.


The hours of work have some flexibility, but it is important that the hours worked are appropriate to the role, this will include some weekend working.
