Sustainability Lead

to support our journey toward a low-carbon, circular, and more transparent future.

The Role



As

Sustainability Lead

, you will shape and deliver our sustainability strategy across all levels of the business. This is a developing role, where you are responsible for driving environmental performance, reducing our carbon footprint across

Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions

, and achieving industry-leading ESG standards -- including achieving

EcoVadis sustainability accreditation

.

This role will work cross-functionally with teams in Operations, Procurement, Research & Development , and Supply Chain to integrate sustainability into every aspect of our value chain.

Key Responsibilities



Strategy & Leadership



Develop and execute a forward-looking, actionable sustainability strategy aligned with our business goals and customer expectations. Act as the internal champion for sustainability, advising senior leadership.

Emissions & Climate Action



Oversee carbon accounting and emissions reduction initiatives across:

Scope 1

- Direct emissions from manufacturing and on-site fuel use.

Scope 2

- Indirect emissions from purchased electricity and heating.

Scope 3

- Value chain emissions (including raw materials, transportation, packaging, and end-of-life). Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to reduce upstream and downstream environmental impacts.

ESG & EcoVadis



Lead our

EcoVadis assessment process

, ensuring continuous improvement across the four assessment pillars: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Maintain compliance with key environmental and assess the requirements for future ESG reporting. Provide data to support internal stakeholders, customers, and regulators.

Innovation & Operations



Support R&D in developing sustainable inks and packaging solutions, with an emphasis on renewable and bio-based materials. Asses and review resource efficiency programs across energy, water, and waste within production facilities. Champion circular economy and lifecycle thinking across product development and operations.

Engagement & Culture



Educate and inspire employees to participate in sustainability initiatives through training, campaigns, and workshops. Engage with external stakeholders -- including customers, NGOs, and regulatory bodies -- to build partnerships and showcase our sustainability leadership.

About You



Required:



Relevant degree (Environmental Science, Sustainability or relevant field).

Preferrable:



Good knowledge and understanding of environmental and sustainable reporting Good leadership and project management skills. Training will also be provided.
