Job Description

This role involves working with the Project delivery team, focusing on various aspects of building surveying and consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing specifications for repair and refurbishment contracts. Conducting Building Surveyor\'s inspections and creating reports. Developing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations and exit strategies. Creating planned preventative maintenance plans. Undertaking Reinstatement Cost Assessments. Coordinating portfolio instructions and other related duties. Establishing sustainable business relationships with clients. Travel may be required for the role.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Team player with the ability to work independently. Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated. Strong verbal and numerical skills, comfortable with report writing. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Flexible and able to work under pressure. Well-presented with strong communication skills. MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) in building surveying with proven experience, preferably in a commercial consultancy. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with AutoCAD is advantageous. Valid driving license.
