This position requires proficiency in various software applications, audio type, exceptional clerical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties

Provide administrative support, including filing, typing, and clerical duties to ensure efficient office operations.
Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
Organise schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
Assist in the preparation of reports
Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the office.
Audio type survey reports
Qualifications
Proficient in, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Must be able to Audio Type
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong clerical skills with a background in administrative support preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous
