Job Description

As a survey administrator the role will involve general administration and office duties within a busy chartered surveying practice, supporting the residential practice. Liaising with both internal and external parties to ensure that all queries and processes are handled within the agreed timescales. Responsible for handling customer enquiries. You should be well organized with excellent communication and IT skills and good attention to detail. A team player with a 'can do' attitude.

Responsibilities



Taking instructions and logging them on correctly A good telephone manner and the ability to build relationships with clients Assisting colleagues with general office based tasks Booking appointments and managing office diaries

Skills / Experience



Strong communication skills

Excellent IT skills with Microsoft Office programs particularly Excel

Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff and our clients at all levels of the business

Confidentiality

Experience of working within an office environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 23,000.00-25,000 per annum

Schedule: 9am-5.30pm
