This hospital is fully equipped with three state-of-the-art operating theatres and dedicated inpatients wards, and have a team made up of some of the UKs leading consultants, offering a wealth of experience and expertise within their field.

At present, we are looking for a motivated Surgical Staff Nurse to join their welcoming and friendly inpatients team. This is an exciting time to join the business and have to the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals, caring for orthopaedic patients, made of up Athletes and VIPs.

The Candidate
In order to be successful with this opportunity, you will need to be clinically qualified with a strong surgical background. Our client is able to offer excellent training opportunities, so this position is ideal for someone looking to grow professionally.

This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, with a highly desirable shift pattern which will be worked between Monday-Friday. Our client is able to offer an exceptional work-life balance, and can accommodate for a 4 day working week, or 5 day working week, depending on your personal preference. You will only be required to work 1-2 night shifts per month dependent on the needs of the business, which will be paid at an enhanced rate. They also offer enhanced overtime, if you are looking to pick up additional shifts.

\xe2\x80\x93 Previous experience within a surgical setting within the NHS or private sector
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong pre and post operative assessment skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent communication skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Great attention to detail
\xe2\x80\x93 Motivated and enthusiastic
\xe2\x80\x93 Proactive approach
\xe2\x80\x93 Vaccinated against Covid 19
