Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Rakehand / foreman to oversee our operations and ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage teams effectively. As a foreman, you will play a crucial role in coordinating activities on-site, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle.Class 2 license is a bonus.
Manage, lead, motivate, train and supervise your team of operatives Ensure all operatives fully comply and adhere to all company Health, Safety, and Environmental Polices, and Procedures Ensure materials are laid to correct depths and levels Completion of all daily record sheets, dip sheets, daily plant inspection and defect reports, including any other report sheets and feedback to office

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 36,000.00-45,000.00 per year
