We are working through a National staffing crisis in care and we need people who are willing to step up and help people to come home from hospital and support those who want to remain at home but need help to do so.

Paid mileage and travel time
Hourly rates are £10.50 for weekdays, £11.25 for evenings (after 6pm) and for weekends. Bank holidays are paid at £15.75 day rate / £16.87 evening rate and Christmas Day and New Year’s Day are both paid at double time. Opportunity for pay increases as you become more qualified.

Providing personal care, washing and dressing, oral care

Requirements needed to become a Care Assistant with SureCare
Although experience in care is an advantage, we are accepting applications from people with no previous experience as full training will be provided. We welcome those with experience in hospitality, retail and customer service sectors to make use of those invaluable transferable skills needed to become an outstanding care assistant.
We also welcome applications from those having worked in care homes or with childcare experience.
Employment is subject to satisfactory enhanced DBS check and references
Completion of all SureCare theoretical and practical training
Required to work alternating weekends (weekend only jobs also available)
No experience or qualifications needed although experience is an advantage.
Full and valid driver’s license with own transport is essential
