Remit:
Compass Associates are working with a national provider of Care & Support services to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Mental Health. This post is a newly created role to oversee a small cluster of brand new Supported Living services across Leicestershire. The post holder will be responsible for all day to day operations of the sites, providing management to front line staff and ensuring regulatory requirements are met and delivering high quality levels of care and meeting desired outcomes for the people they support. The role will report to the Area Manager, who will hold the CQC Registration.

Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have worked as a Service Manager in either Supported Living or Residential services for adults with Learning Disabilities, ASD, Challenging Behaviour & Complex Needs. The ideal candidate will also have experience with managing external stakeholder relations such as local authorities and commissioners. Experience with applying with PBS would also be advantageous. Candidates would ideally have their Level 5 in Health & Social Care Leadership, however at a minimum we can consider those with the Level 3, who would be willing to work towards the Level 5.

Benefits:
Salary up to \xc2\xa336,000 (depending on experience)

Location:
The role will be primarily based within the services, which are situated in the Leicester and surrounding area. .

Interview Process:
Formal Interview with the Head of Operations. This will likely be virtual via MS Teams, followed by a Service visit.
