Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety and comfort during transport.
Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their mental well-being.
Uphold the dignity and respect of all individuals while encouraging their independence.
Experience
Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate client transport when required.
Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is an advantage.
