JamesLife caring company is looking for experienced care workers with a kind caring nature to help individuals to live their best life in their own homes and in the community.
We are seeking a committed and compassionate Support Worker / Carer to support a young man with mild cerebral palsy / non verbal / learning difficulties, in the Caerphilly area. He has a wonderful nature and is always smiling! We have a committed team and are looking for care professionals to join us.
He requires 1 to 1 support in all aspects of his life (personal care/eating/preparing food) and requires a wheelchair when out on trips and community outings. This position is totally focussed on the individual and providing the highest quality of care.
There are a range of hours and working patterns available:
Monday to Friday Weekends 4 / 8 hour shifts Day / over night
Essential Criteria
Experience in a care role, specifically 1 to 1 Kind and patient Excellent communication skills Team player Enhanced DBS
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.83 per hour
