But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you've made someone's life better.The shift patterns include working 7.5 hours a day on shifts 7:00am - 2.30pm and 2.30pm -10pm, including weekends on a rota basis. Permanent, 37.5 hours full - time contract.
