About the service:
We are looking for a Support Worker to be part of the staff team at our new Supported Living services in Abersychan. The supported living services will provide support to individuals with ASD, learning difficulties, behaviours that challenge and mental health.
We use a person-centred approach focusing on supporting people to make their own choices, follow their own interests and gain independence. We empower people to choose how they want to live their life.
