We have an exciting opportunity for a PBS & Autism Support worker to join our dedicated team in Maesteg. In this role, you will support people to build relationships, try new things, and feel part of their community - so that they can live good lives.

We require Males Only for this certain role. You will also need to hold a full UK driving license.

What will you be doing?

You will develop, implement, and review individual Person-Centred You will deliver and review Positive Behaviour Supportand Active Support Plans, to enable the individuals you support to lead an independent You will actively encourage their family, friends and circles of support to be involved in their life and provide informal support You will provide support with a range of tasks which may include household and domestic tasks, shopping, diet/food preparation, personal care, personal hygiene, dressing and personal appearance. You will work alongside other professionals such as psychologists, care managers, community nurses, positive behaviour practitioners, and occupational therapists to deliver high quality support.
