What\xe2\x80\x99s the Role: Support Worker

What It Takes:

An important part of the staff role is to support our service users who have complex needs and help them to manage their emotions.

So the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential.

Our dedicated staff team support our service users to learn and develop their independence skills which includes tasks such as shopping, cleaning their flat, personal care, accessing the community, budgeting, taking medication. Each staff member has something to bring to the role and we encourage staff to use their humour and sense of fun and creativity in supporting our service users with day to day life.

Where You Would Work: North West Supported Living Service

Are you passionate about supporting those most vulnerable in our society? We are currently recruiting within our North West Supported Living service.

We are committed to ensuring the service users are empowered to enjoy everyday living and are part of the community they live in. Our support is person centred and tailored to the individual.

This role requires working unsociable hours, evenings, weekends/bank holidays, sleepovers and waking night duties. An example of the rota will be provided upon booking an interview.

Full and Part Time Roles Available |

*\xc2\xa321,557 per annum

*Salary based on 39 hours per week. Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of \xc2\xa345.00 per night applies.
