Our support workers will be expected to:
Cooperate with the House manager, Area manager and Service Manager in providing a happy, caring, and secure home life for the individuals, together with a well-structured programme of leisure activities and sociable events.
Promote and adhere to the workplace values of Anheddau (caring, dignity and respect, learning and reflection, commitment to quality care and support)
Build positive relationships with families and friends of those who are using our services that demonstrate that we care about the work we do in supporting people to live the best possible life day to day.
Record and report about a person you are assisting progress, including any issues which may need further help or support
To contribute to the implementation of support plans with a person who is accessing our services and (where required) their families, that fully involves them and reflects their strengths, needs and assists them in living the best possible life.
