We are recruiting for amazing Support Workers in Greenford, London. You will support 3 gentlemen aged between 25 - 40. Each has a flat with an access to a garden. This is complex environment and you will be working in pairs in a small positive team. We are looking for someone who is creative and can think on their feet, who has a keen interest in positive behaviour support learning and developing from behavioural consultant input and coaching.

Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing you with all the necessary training, guidance and support you need to complete your care certificate and further qualifications.

The role will involve:

• Going for day trips into London
• Swimming and trampolining activities
• Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose
• Personal care
• Support with shopping, housework including cleaning and laundry
• Supporting with medication
• One gentleman loves to go for drives in his car
