Who you\'ll be supporting & more about the role:
We are currently recruiting for Female Support Workers for day time positions at our service in Buckie- Must be flexible to cover various shifts across the service. Our service in Buckie covers two sites, where we support 8 people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns and physical disabilities. Your Manager will be on-site and will be there to support, coach and develop you in line with Community Integrated Care\'s values. Living in individual and shared flats, the people we support here all have different personalities and needs. Your role will be to promote their independence and support them to live the best lives possible. The people we support enjoy a lot of different activities, including nature, animals, cycling, baking, watching football, working, having days out and spending time with their families. You will be joining an award-winning charity. This is an exciting role, where you can change lives for the better and enjoy brilliant experiences.
Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a female colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010
