Job Description
To help enable and empower the people that Stori supports to shape the direction of their lives, to develop new skills, gain greater independence and take control of their rights and responsibilities.
Signposting, liaising with and facilitating client's access to services (for example medical, financial and legal).
Candidates should hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle and be able to prove their right to work in the UK.
This Role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for.
