It might be that you already have experience of looking after a family member or friend, have done a similar job in the past or that you simply have a passion for supporting others. Either way, our years of experience has shown us that previous experience simply isn't necessary to make a difference to someone's life. We'll give you all the training you require to be the best support worker.

Rate of pay is 12.80 per hour weekdays, 13.00 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays.

Main responsibilities



The Support Worker role adapts to the clients needs you are working with as we support a wide range of individuals, but some tasks are listed below:

Supporting clients with meal preparation Providing personal care duties & use of manual handling equipment where required Administering medication Promoting clients health and wellbeing, enabling them to live their life to the full We are 100% paperless and use BIRDIE & CAREPLANNER app's to enable you to be more efficient in your role and give your clients the care they deserve and give you Job satisfaction.

Who you are



All we ask is that you have:

The same passion and values for supporting others as we do. The right to work in the UK. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. IT competent with using online applications. Ability to work well in a team. Good work ethic and approachable attitude towards the role and clients.
