Hours: Full time or part time hoursWe are looking for a compassionate Temporary Support Worker to join our team at a Residential Care Home near Bristol, where you'll be supporting two individuals with complex needs, who may also display some challenging behaviours.Shift Patterns:Earlies, Mid, Lates, and Waking NightsKey Responsibilities:Provide support to service users to help them maintain and gain independenceAssist with meal preparation and supporting clients in the communityHelp with personal care as neededEnsure a safe and comfortable living environment for all residentsRequirements:Experience working with people with learning disabilities and complex needs is preferredPassion for providing compassionate careDriver required (to support with community-based activities and travel)Ready to make a difference?
