No previous experience in care is required as you will be provided with full training by our excellent and award-winning learning & development team prior to starting. This training initially consists of classroom-based sessions and e-learning as well as the opportunity to shadow current Support Practitioners in their day-to-day role and meet the people you will be supporting. Due to the nature of the role, we can only accept applications from male candidates. We have a housing support service in this area that we are recruiting for. We are looking for full-time workers to support a young male who is transitioning into his own home. You will support a young man with all aspects of daily living, as well as social and emotional support, tenancy issues, and support to access the local community and the resources on offer. Requirements: As a Support Practitioner you could be expected to work weekends, shift patterns and sleepovers if required. This will include, Full Time, Part time and Bank shifts.
