Sleepovers and/or waking nights may also form part of your rota on a rotational basis.The RoleAs a Support Practitioner, you\'ll play an important part in our team, ensuring that we provide the best care and support possible. The main purpose of your role will be to support individuals who have a disability and/or additional support needs with all aspects of their daily living, e.g. shopping, finances, cooking, medication, household tasks and personal care.With the individuals we support also enjoying various hobbies and interests, you may also find yourself getting involved in arts & crafts, gardening, going to the cinema, meals out, swimming, discos and going for walks to name a few.About YouYou don\'t need experience to join our team, we recruit on values and transferrable skills.
