About the role:

We are looking for those who are energetic and are able to build trusting relationships with the young people we support. This involves promoting them to have fun whilst developing their independent skills in the community and taking part in activities such as swimming, bowling, football, cinema and lots more.

Each person we support is unique so each support role will be different to the next, giving you the chance to really make a difference in that individuals life.

Previous experience as a Support Practitioner is great but a full training program is offered to everyone who joins The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, so even if this is a new career path for you, we would love to meet you.
