An opportunity has arisen for an individual who is motivated, innovative, enthusiastic and passionate about service user centred care to join the Torfaen Older Adult CMHT to provide support for people experiencing mental health issues.
The Support Engagement and Recovery (SEaR) worker will be based at Ty Siriol Unit, County Hospital and will work as part of an integrated team.
This is an unique opportunity to gain experience and skills in a variety of clinical settings. You will need to be a team player, but have the confidence and experience to work autonomously under challenging conditions. We are looking for an excellent candidate to meet the needs of this post.
You will be a highly motivated with excellent communication skills and have an ability to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills required along with good time management skills and awareness of risks within mental health. You will also have a willingness to learn and develop within the role and have the ability to maintain confidential service user information with discretion.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
