Job Title: Flexible Primary Supply Teacher - West Bromiwich, Birmingham

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Supply Teacher to join our agency in West Bromwich, Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons in a variety of primary school settings.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality and dynamic classroom instruction in a variety of primary schools

Manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment

Deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of a diverse student population

Plan, prepare and evaluate lessons to a high standard

Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support student learning

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools

Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons

Ability to work well under pressure and manage challenging behaviour

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

We are looking for a flexible and adaptable teacher who is available for both short- and long-term assignments. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools and settings, and to build strong relationships with both teachers and students.
