About the role:

To ensure strong day-to-day delivery of our food supply chain planning operation. The role will lead and support a team of analysts across fresh and ambient categories, maintaining high levels of availability, controlling waste, and supporting the business through seasonal and promotional planning cycles.



This is a hands-on, people-focused leadership role ideal for someone looking to step into team leadership while building end-to-end supply chain experience in a complex food retail environment.

Who are we looking for?

Experience & Skills:

Strong experience in supply chain or demand planning in a food retail/FMCG setting Confidence in coaching others and managing workflow across a team Great communicator who builds trust and momentum Analytical mindset, able to spot risks and trends in data Strong planning, prioritisation and collaboration skills
