Supply Chain & Procurement Manager
to take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain, ensuring a seamless, cost-effective flow of materials and finished goods while maintaining high standards in quality, compliance, and sustainability.
In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate across production, retail, and finance teams to ensure everything runs like clockwork--driving cost savings, minimising risk, and helping us scale with confidence. What you will be doing:
Collaboration & Strategy
Partner with Production, Retail, and Finance to ensure stock availability and cost alignment.
Work closely with the Finance Manager to manage inventory costs and identify savings.
Inventory & Logistics
Maintain an accurate, organised product database.
Forecast demand and optimise inventory to balance JIT principles with operational needs.
Oversee logistics and warehousing to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.
Supplier & Relationship Management
Build strong supplier partnerships, negotiate favourable terms, and ensure supply stability.
Conduct supplier audits to maintain compliance with our quality and sourcing standards.
Process & Performance Optimisation
Streamline supply chain systems and processes, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to improve performance.
Risk, Compliance & Sustainability
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks for critical materials.
Ensure all materials meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Champion sustainable and ethical sourcing practices.
Technology & Innovation
Lead the implementation and optimisation of ERP and supply chain tools.
Drive automation and data visibility to support informed decision-making.
What we are looking for:
FMCG/Food Manufacturing experience
in a similar supply chain or procurement role.
Strong skills in
