Be the advocate for SC E-commerce with internal stakeholders such as planning, commercial and logistics
Establish methodologies and facilitate regular performance and strategy meetings to ensure alignment.
Lead Operational Excellence for Key E-commerce Customers
:
Oversee the end-to-end supply chain relationship and develop a joint supply chain plan with Amazon, including fulfilment model strategy, OTIF delivery, and data sharing.
Drive effective planning and execution of e-commerce promotions, working in close partnership with internal and customer teams.
Onboard and Optimise Pure Play Customers:
Manage the onboarding process for new e-commerce customers, ensuring effective system and process integration.
Build scalable processes to support future customer onboarding.
Drive Forecasting and Analytics:
Lead supply chain reporting, forecasting and analytics across e-commerce for all business channels, sharing insights with customer collaboration managers, planning, commercial and logistics.
Champion Continuous Improvement and Agility:
Identify and implement initiatives to reduce lead times, enhance availability, and improve responsiveness in digital supply chains.
Monitor and respond to dynamic demand trends (e.g. peak season, Prime Day) to maintain service continuity.
Lead cost-saving and simplification projects without compromising customer experience.
Your Profile

Proven experience in supply chain roles, ideally within an e-commerce or omnichannel environment.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in data interpretation and use of digital tools (e.g. Power BI, Amazon Retail Analytics).
Strong understanding of e-commerce supply chain models and key metrics.
Proactive and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset.

The E-commerce Customer Collaboration Manager is responsible for leading supply chain collaboration to enable growth with key e-commerce accounts. This role plays a pivotal part in optimising availability, improving forecast accuracy, managing the onboarding of pure players, and overseeing end-to-end supply operations for Amazon and other e-retailers. The position ensures seamless cross-functional alignment to deliver operational excellence in a dynamic, data-rich e-commerce environment.
