We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join GE on a 6 month contract. This will be working onsite in Lisburn. Duties will include: * Preparation of shipping documents * Allocation stock from warehouse * Booking of Airfreight and Courier Shipments * Tracking and POD of shipments * Liaison with customers for necessary documentation required. * Liaison with Production to check the readiness of orders. * Chasing shipping instructions * Inputting and updating data into the SPT tracker * Complete of export documentation Requirements: * 18-24 months\' Logistics experience * Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain concepts and application * Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills * Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written) Skills and Qualifications: Problem-solving skills, decision making ability, Organisational skills, procedural mindset, ability to prioritise, understanding of quality management principles, ability to analyse data and understand connections. Experience in the use of SAP preferred.
