Summary

As the Supervisor/Duty Manager at Vermilion, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Located in the heart of our luxurious venue, you will lead the service team to ensure that every guest receives premium silver service hospitality while enjoying our exquisite menu offerings.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the service team to ensure high standards of guest service. Oversee the dining experience from greeting guests to final farewells, ensuring satisfaction at every stage. Train and mentor servers on menu knowledge, service techniques, and upselling strategies. Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle guest questions and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in accordance with food safety standards. Ensure you and your team provide warm, attentive and confident service. Attention to detail. Ensure you and your team provide excellent table etiquette and protocol. Following deliver service.

Requirements

Proven experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and staff alike. Passion for hospitality and strong work ethic Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
