Step into a role as a Supervisor working in our beautiful Woburn (Center Parcs) store where you will lead the sales team by example, using an excellent understanding of product with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide excellent customer service, ensuring your team does the same.

What we are looking for:
As a Supervisor you will think commercially and have the ability to work with the Store Manager to create a shopping experience that is unique to the Joules brand. Working with the management team, you will support the development of the sales team and ensure customer needs and wants are met. You will also assist in setting up and delivering exceptional retail operational standards and in store efficiencies to drive profitability.

You will need to have previous experience as a retail Supervisor or a Senior Sales Assistant ready to progress your career.

Our Supervisors are at the heart of our stores - product experts who bring everything together for the benefit of our customers whilst gaining valuable, career-building experience.

The opportunity available is for a 23.25 hour p/w, permanent contract and candidates may need to be flexible to take on extra hours if required. Weekday and weekend flexibility is essential.

Pay:
- Our Supervisor rate is \xc2\xa310.45 per hour, increasing to \xc2\xa310.50 after one year\'s service and \xc2\xa310.56 after two year\'s service
- Store colleagues also receive a generous Uniform Allowance
