Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Duty Manager/Supervisor to oversee our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high-quality food and excellent customer service
- Supervise staff and provide training as needed
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the restaurant industry, including bartending, cooking, or hospitality roles
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and food safety standards
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations
- Leadership qualities to drive success in a fast-paced environment

To be accountable for decision making in the restaurant when managing the shift or opening the restaurant in the morning. Be accountable for the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager or another Front of House (FOH) Manager.
