If successful, you'll be supporting the general and assistant managers in the day-to-day running of the busy restaurant/bar. We're looking for a people person; someone who gets on well with a team but isn't afraid to take charge, and lives to provide great customer service.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL...
Have experience running shifts in a busy, sometimes high-pressure environment
Be a bartending and table waiting whiz kid, with an exceptional eye for detail and stellar customer service
Promote high standards throughout the business
Be passionate for quality, innovation, value for money, people and communication
Be career-focused with an eye always firmly on progression.
