Job Description
The Jolly Farmer is a family-friendly pub in a quiet rural spot. Busy for food throughout the week, the pub draws customers including local walkers, and young families attracted by the large children\'s play area.

Your role as Supervisor is to oversee the action - keeping the energy high, the service flowing and the guests happy.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll still be out on the front lines, serving customers and working the bar, but you\xe2\x80\x99ll have one eye on the team too. By passing on your wisdom and experience, you\xe2\x80\x99ll play a key role in keeping our service levels high.
